The MilkyWay Process
Once you have chosen and purchased your keepsake/s, you will receive our MilkyWay inclusion kit in the post. Please allow up to 7 working days.
Inside your inclusion kit is:
1x labelled 5ml sample pot for you to fill to the line with either your liquid inclusion (if frozen please thaw first) or memorial ashes. Please place a small spoonful inside, remaining ashes will be returned.
For all other dry inclusions, please place them inside the small sealed bag provided or a rectangular foil parcel clearly labelled with your full name and postcode.
Inclusions we can use:
Breast Milk | Dried Placenta | Dried Umbilical Cord | Baby Teeth | Locks of Hair & Fur | Pregnancy Test Caps | Memorial Ashes | Pet Ashes| Graveside Soil | Dried Flowers & Petals | Sand | Fabric
1x envelope and a pre-paid shipping label (UK orders only) for you to return back to us from a post box near you (please upgrade postage if inclusions cannot be replaced). If returning from outside the UK, please choose a suitable international shipping method and use the address label provided, we would recommend using a tracked service.
1x order form to complete and return.
1x ring sizer (if required) adjust the belt to a comfortable fit on your chosen finger, making sure that it slips back over the knuckle without adjusting. Full and half sizes available. Please note rings cannot be exchanged or adjusted by us once your size has been coconfirmed.
Once we receive your inclusion/s, you will be notified via email. We will begin to preserve your inclusion (applys to breast milk only), and prepare your setting. Your chosen inclusion/s will then be carefully encapsulated inside a high grade jewellers resin with your chosen finish, thus creating your unique stone/s.
We aim to dispatch your order via tracked service 6 weeks from the date we receive your inclusions, this can vary depending on UK holidays. Please check our website for our current estimated turnaround.
